"When we first got to the hotel we noticed it was very outdated. Check-in was smooth. When we walked into the room there was a bug on my pillow and I threw it on the floor and left it there our whole 2 night stay. There were brown stains on the “fresh” towels that were given to us by a staff member. There was no breakfast option, everything felt dirty, and the parking lot was sketchy. There was also no breakfast available. There was a microwave in the room which was useful and a fridge that...

"This is a top notch hotel. There is a guard at the gate. The vies are heavenly. Everything is safe and beautiful. The pool outside is amazing. The spa is a very relaxing place to get a massage. The food is out of this world with several restaurants available. I don’t think you can find a better hotel in Bali."
