The Space:

The apartment features a bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, comfortably hosting up to 3 people, plus a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee maker and dining table. Air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi, TV, a laptop-friendly workspace, courtesy set, hair dryer, iron and clothing storage. Room-darkening shades ensure rest even during the brightest hours. The home is on the third floor and the building has an elevator.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire apartment for exclusive use. Check-in is self-service via access code, available 24/7. Check-in instructions, including the access code, are sent on the day of check-in, once the apartment is ready and the conditions are met: online form completed with full and correct data and documents uploaded; city tax paid. Early check-in must be requested by 18:00 the day before; if approved, instructions are sent on the morning of the check-in day after 9:00, provided the conditions are met. Confirmation is subject to availability. The apartment is on the third floor and the building is served by an elevator.



The Neighborhood:

One of Rome's most iconic areas, right beside the Trevi Fountain. From your doorstep you can walk to the Pantheon, the Spanish Steps, the Quirinale Palace, Piazza Venezia and Via del Corso with its shops. The surrounding streets are full of cafés, traditional restaurants and historic shops. A location that puts the very best of central Rome literally outside your door.



Getting Around:

The area is perfectly walkable and most landmark sights are reached on foot. The Spagna and Barberini metro stations (Line A) are a short walk away and quickly connect you to Termini, St. Peter's and the rest of the city. Numerous bus lines serve the area. From the airport, we recommend the Leonardo Express train to Termini and then the metro, or a private transfer on request.



Other Things to Note:

Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed by default. If needed, they must be requested by 18:00 the day before; confirmation is subject to availability.

The apartment is delivered clean and sanitized at every arrival.

The home is on the third floor and the building has an elevator.

Luggage storage available at Via della Madonna dei Monti 24 (9:00–17:30).

Beds: by default prepared for the minimum number needed for the booked guests. Different configurations must be requested in advance.

Towels: one set per booked guest (body towel + face towel). Replacement towels available after 3 nights of stay.

Cleaning during the stay: for stays of at least 10 nights, one free cleaning on request after the first 5 nights. Additional cleanings available at a charge (same rate applied at booking).
