Located on the third floor of a historic building of the 18th century in via dei Baullari you will find our beautiful apartment with Piazza Navona to your left and Campo de\' Fiori to your right.
This apartment is extremely spacious with its four bedrooms and three bathrooms. You will find one bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with one double and one single bed, and one bedroom with 4 single beds. This last bedroom is divided into two spaces by a curtain, and it has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower. This is a real family room where parents can keep an eye on their kids.
The living room invites the whole group to relax together on the sofas and in front of the flat screen TV. The roomy kitchen is equipped with all traditional domestic appliances, such as an oven and a microwave, a fridge and a freezer, dishwasher, an espresso maker (moka), as well as everything else you need to get to work and prepare a real Roman dinner.
Our holiday apartment is completed by two additional bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub, and a small balcony.
The ancient thick walls of the apartment help in keeping a comfortable temperature inside the apartment in the summer as well as in the winter. The autonomous heating system and the air conditioning contribute to a comfortable experience for our guests. The windows facing the street are double-paned and perfectly soundproof.
This apartment has a real antique fascination with wooden beams on the ceiling and high-quality teak flooring, furnished with a great attention to detail.
