This bright apartment opens into a cozy living room with wooden floors, furnished with contemporary taste that respects the classic style of the building. The living area is completed by two comfortable sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, a modern smart TV and an elegant dining area. This room also has a workstation, useful for those who need to take care of their professional activities during their stay in Rome!

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom, equally comfortable, has two single beds that can be joined together on request: a versatile solution for accommodating additional friends or relatives traveling with you.
In total, the apartment can accommodate up to six people, who will also have access to a second modern and functional bathroom with shower.

The kitchen, although not very spacious, is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay: fridge, freezer, oven, gas cooker and dishwasher to make your stay practical and comfortable. A utility room that doubles as a laundry room completes the available space.

For maximum comfort in every season, the apartment comes complete with independent heating and air conditioning (units are in the living room and both bedrooms).

The magic of Alessandria 22 also lies in its privileged location. Just in front of the entrance of the building there is a picturesque food market where you can buy fresh products and local specialties every day. The neighborhood is lively at all hours, filled with authentic Roman restaurants, outdoor cafes and places to enjoy aperitifs and unforgettable dinners.

Within walking distance you will find all the necessary amenities: banks, gyms, a post office, pharmacies and shops of all kinds. The location is also strategic for getting around: easily accessible from the main train station at Roma Termini, the neighborhood is well connected to the historic center thanks to an extensive network of city buses.

As in all our apartments, guests will find a free WiFi connection, as well as a gas/carbon monoxide detector and a fire extinguisher, as required by law.

Standard check-in: 15:00-21:00. (3pm to 9pm) Check-ins after 21:00 (9.00 pm) can be arranged for an additional cost of €50, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Check-out: by 11:00.
Flexibility for check-in and check-out times is available, subject to apartment availability and cleaning requirements.
An extra fee of €35 will be applied for check-ins on the following dates: December 25, January 1, and Easter Sunday.
At check-in, guests must provide identification documents for all individuals staying in the apartment and sign the rental agreement.

The following are not allowed in this apartment:
- Organizing parties
- Smoking
- Bringing pets
- Making noise during rest hours (22:30 to 09:00 - 10.30 pm to 9.00 am)
For children under 3 years old, a travel crib can be provided upon request in advance at a cost of €50 per stay.
