After many years of experience in the sector, we are excited to present our new apartment, the result of a careful renovation. The comfort and elegance of a high-level hotel combine with the warmth and details of a design house, keeping Rome's historical heritage contemporary.

Located on the second floor of a prestigious building in the heart of Trastevere, the apartment, equipped with every comfort, can accommodate up to 5 people - divided between the two rooms - respecting the privacy and autonomy necessary for an unforgettable holiday.
The elevator, a rare convenience in this area, facilitates access to the apartment, while its quiet location promises a peaceful stay.

In the large 28m2 suite you will find a king size bed (also divisible into two single beds), a bathroom and a relaxation area. If more than two people were to be accommodated in this room, there is also another queen size double bed which, with the presence of pocket doors, guarantees privacy for guests and makes the two rooms autonomous.

The apartment is completed by the second bedroom with a Queen-size double bed.


The building's original features, such as vaulted ceilings and brick walls dating back to the 1800s, blend in harmony with modern elements, including a brand new kitchen fully equipped with every modern accessory, such as induction hob, oven, microwave , dishwasher, large fridge and freezer. You will find everything you need to prepare delicious dishes, with a Nespresso coffee machine to start the day with an authentic Italian espresso.

Three spacious bathrooms are equipped with large modern showers (two 90x140), each with chromotherapy and a high-quality sound system for a complete relaxation experience. Each of these is also equipped with a hairdryer and hair straightener. Additionally, the house has a washing machine, dryer,(complete with soaps), ironing board and iron are available for extra convenience.

The apartment is fully air conditioned and offers fast WI-FI internet connection and all rooms are equipped with Smart TV. We provide our guests with guides and maps to better explore the city, as well as advice on the best restaurants, bars and services nearby.

Our maximum availability is guaranteed to ensure an unforgettable stay for our guests.

Pets of any size are not allowed.

Visiting from the US, we never know what to expect. This apartment was clean, functional, large and comfortable. Check in was easy, the location was great. Rome is such a walkable place, I really appreciated the Trastevere location, more quiet than across the bridge. There are nearby restaurants, coffee shops and people watching. I would highly recommend this apartment for your next visit to Rome!

The best VRBO ever!

We were a group of 4 family members on a girls' trip. I have stayed in many VRBOs over the years and this was the best I have ever stayed in! Cristina did not miss a detail. She greeted us at the property with a tray of amazing biscuits/cookies. Her binder with property details included instructions for every appliance, a list and description of nearby restaurants, markets, sites, complete with public transportation instructions if guests wanted to see sites without paying for cabs/Ubers. Instructions were complete with which form of public transportation to use and even how many stops before each transfer or site. The listing says 2 bedrooms/3 bathrooms, but it's really 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Everything is clean and modern within a traditional Rome apartment complex. Apparently since one of the rooms doesn't have its own windows, it can't be advertised as a separate bedroom. Staying in a Rome neighborhood was wonderful. Fabulous nearby restaurants and an amazing supermarket just doors away. We can't wait to return!

Great property and location

We recently spent a week in Rome and were very pleased with our choice of this rental. Cristina and her team offer a great experience. Very helpful and informative. The location couldn’t be better and the apartment is extremely modern and clean. The photos are accurate. There is a small elevator to use if you need it. Good AC/heat and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms modern and clean. If you are not familiar with Rome, Trastevere is great place to base yourself for an extended stay. Extremely safe and convenient with tons of good restaurants outside your door. Three grocery stores and a pharmacy on the same block.

Wonderful apartment

We loved our stay here! Everything was perfect! The apartment was beautiful. Christina was so friendly and helpful and accommodating. The apartment was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and we loved having three bathrooms! The location was great. Close to so many things, especially restaurants. Christina went above and beyond to make us comfortable. She left water and wine and cake and a binder of everything you could think of related to Rome. We enjoy our stay and would love to come back!

Fantastic home away from home in Trastevere!

If I could have given this fantastic apartment a 10-star rating I would have! I am a Roman living in the US, and lived in Trastevere for many years. When I found this lovely apartment, I was excited to check in, and of did not disappoint. It met all expectations and beyond. Our family LOVED it! We spent a night away in Venice, and when we returned to the apartment, our 2-year old started clapping she was so excited! From the warm welcome and hospitality, to the style, decor, functionality and luxurious details of the home (Bluetooth in the shower, one of many), this home is a two-thumbs up from the whole family. Everything a family needs is nearby. Fresh produce in the piazza’s market, coffee bars, best restaurants in Trastevere literally steps away. Well-connected to all major Rome landmarks, it gives one a real experience of living in Trastevere 💯 recommend!! P.S. Cristina is a fabulous host, and extremely responsive.
