Spacious two-room apartment on the first floor of a residential complex in the historic center of Rome, in the historic Rione Celio.





The apartment consists of living room with dining area and double sofa bed and kitchenette, double bedroom and bathroom. The interior views guarantee a private and comfortable atmosphere. The rooms, equipped with air conditioning hot/ cold, flat screen TV and wi-fi, are designed to comfortably accommodate up to four guests. The kitchen is equipped and complete with utensils, dishes and appliances: oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. Provided to our guests we provide kettle and coffee machine with pods. The master bedroom is equipped with a spacious wardrobe to make your stay even more comfortable. In the apartment there are hairdryer, iron and ironing board, kit towels and toiletries.





The apartment Laterano250 is located in Rione Celio, just 700 meters from the Colosseum and the archaeological area of the Roman Forum. The neighborhood, full of restaurants and clubs, is a strategic starting point for a stay in the Eternal City: here there are important Roman archaeological remains and important churches, such as the Basilica of San Clemente. Nearby are the Park of Colle Oppio, which preserves the remains of the Domus Aurea neroniana and the park of Villa Celimontana. A few steps from our structure are also the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano and the district of San Giovanni, full of clothing shops and excellent restaurants.



The apartment is 700 metres from the San Giovanni metro stop (Line A) and less than 1 km from the Coliseum stop (Line B). It is also connected by tram through the stop of the nearby Via Labicana and by a bus service from Via Merulana.
