About 100 meters from the structure there is also the "NOMENTANA" station from where regional trains leave every 15 minutes with which it is possible to directly reach different areas and important hubs of the city such as: TIburtina Station (5 minutes), TUSCOLANA Station (10 minutes - for fairs and shopping) - OSTIENSE Station (15 minutes, for Colosseum - Roman Forum - Circus Maximus - Baths of Caracalla, ROMA 3 University - FAO), TRASTEVERE Station (20 minutes - for nightlife), FIERA DI ROMA station (30 minutes - for public competitions armed forces and police forces and others), FIUMICINO (terminus 45 minutes) - stops inside the airport.

Trains leave every 15 minutes on weekdays and every 30 minutes on holidays. The ticket costs 8 euros. Children under 12 travel free if accompanied.

The structure is convenient and ideal for those who love nightlife. In fact, in the evening and night hours it is possible to take the BUS N4 (the stop is only 100 meters from the apartment) which takes you directly (round trip) in about 15 minutes to Piazza Venezia (terminus) in the historic center. Alternatively, for those who do not want to go too far from the structure, just two blocks away there is a cluster of restaurants, pizzerias, pubs and nightclubs ideal for those who love nightlife, where you can spend pleasant and cool evenings in company among people.

In the immediate vicinity of the structure there are numerous commercial activities, such as bars, pastry shops, restaurants, pubs, pizzerias, supermarket (opposite) tobacconists, pharmacies, stationery shops, hardware stores, fruit and vegetable shops, ice cream shops, various shops, children's playground, cycle path (leads to the historic center), and much more.
