Domus LXVII Monti is located in the Rione Monti (ZTL), the first and oldest district of Rome and certainly among the most suggestive and picturesque.
It is a comfortable apartment in a 17th century building, pleasantly furnished, with refined wooden ceilings and is located a few minutes walk from the main attractions of the city such as the Roman Forum, the Colosseum less than 1 km away and the Domus Area.
The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom and two bathrooms.
The interior space is organized as follows:

LIVING ROOM with large sofas, Smart TV and air conditioning
EQUIPPED KITCHEN: stove with 4 burners, refrigerator with freezer, coffee pod machine, kettle, oven and microwave, dining table.
SMALL BEDROOM with French sofa bed
BATHROOM with shower, sink and toilet;
BEDROOM with double bed and en-suite bathroom
2nd BATHROOM in the room with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi (fiber), air conditioning (split in the living room), fan, independent heating, iron, drying rack, hairdryer and second bedroom with extra bed on request, to be done 48 hours before arrival otherwise the equipment cannot be guaranteed.
The neighborhood:
Perhaps those who walk today through the narrow streets of the Monti district do not know that those streets tell a story of more than two thousand years. In fact, this area has its roots in the period when Rome was still being shaped: it is a gem to discover a stone's throw from the Imperial Forums. What it captures, is its lively atmosphere and its retro charm. Shops and restaurants are scattered in a maze of cobblestone alleys overlooked by ancient stately buildings.
The apartment is located in the middle of the ZTL:

6:30 - 18 Monday to Friday (excluding holidays)
14 - 18 on Saturday (excluding holidays)
23:00 - 03:00 Friday and Saturday (excluding holidays)
In the month of August the night traffic zone is not active

ATTENTION: If you are traveling with children under the age of 12, please pay attention to the presence of the staircase that leads to the apartment.
IMPORTANT: The apartment next door is undergoing renovations

City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 10 nights
