The apartment is composed of a double bedroom, living room with dining area, bathroom with shower, the kitchen and a furnished terrace to relax and enjoy meals outside.
The apartment is fully refurbished and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: free wi-fi, TV, autonomous air conditioning (in the living room, bedroom and kitchen), heating, oven, Nespresso machine, washing machine, dishwashing machine.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide id document for any person hosted.
For stays equal to or greater than 14 days, a payment of € 80 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 30€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.
