Casa Nica - One Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 2

Located in a central but non-touristy neighborhood of Rome, the apartment
it is located inside a building from 1927, on the 4th floor with lift;
composed of an entrance/living room with kitchenette, a bedroom
double bed, a bathroom and
a small balcony. The apartment overlooks the internal courtyard of the building and for this reason it is very
silent. It is equipped with everything you will need to feel comfortable
like at home. Below the house you will find a supermarket, numerous bars, the
pharmacy and a few steps away, in via Orvieto, a characteristic market
fruit and vegetables. A few minutes walk away is the Pigneto district,
characteristic neighborhood famous for its nightlife and full of pubs, restaurants,
wineries. The apartment is also well connected to the main places of
tourist interest through a dense network of public transport: 10 min. standing
from the cathedral of San Giovanni in Laterano and the Aurelian walls; unless
of 10 min. walk to Metro A, San Giovanni stop, which connects you to a few
minutes with the places of greatest interest such as the Spanish Steps, Fountain
of Trevi, Piazza del Popolo, Vatican Museums, St. Peter's; in front of the front door
The house is located at the 81 bus stop which will give you one of the most beautiful routes
suggestive places to reach the Circus Maximus, the Colosseum, Piazza Venezia,
Via del Corso; and again, just a few minutes walk away, you will find the station
Roma Tuscolana railway which allows you to reach Rome in less than 40 minutes
reach Fiumicino Airport. The center is easily accessible
even on foot, with a stroll through the wonders of the city.
