Our vacation home is located in Rome, an art city, in a central area with great archaeological and architectural value, in a panoramic and quiet position, in the heart of the city in the San Giovanni area. It is a design structure characterized by attention to detail, an elegant and unique residence in the originality of its style. It can accommodate up to 7 people. I will be happy to host you!

The apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms, one of which has a double sofa bed where 2 more guests can comfortably stay, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

An Authentic Neighborhood

The Appio-Latino neighborhood, immediately adjacent to San Giovanni in Laterano, is a central, authentic neighborhood, inhabited and lived by locals. The neighborhood is rich in public greenery, including the Caffarella Park (50 meters from the house) and the adjacent, beautiful and famous 'Archaeological Park of the Appian Way', with the Catacombs of Domitilla, San Callisto, San Sebastiano and the Mausoleums of Cecilia Metella and the Patrician families of ancient Rome. The Appian Way Park can be reached on foot or by shuttle bus no. 660.

It is well served by shops, shopping centers, cinemas, theaters, public greenery, buses and the metro. Via Appia Nuova, Piazza Re di Roma, and via Latina are its backbone and are particularly appreciated by locals and tourists who love to stroll among the shop windows. Near the house, we can indicate typical restaurants and trattorias.

But also supermarkets, excellent grocery stores, ice cream parlors, fast food, and typical "pizza by the slice" for tasty and inexpensive snacks.

The Advantages of the Metro - Line A

The proximity to the Furio Camillo station of the 'line A' of the Metro, the most touristy line in Rome, is one of the strengths emphasized by our guests in their reviews.

Starting from a central position, thanks to the 'line A' of the Metro, the entire historic center is within reach. The "furio Camillo-Parco dell'Appia Antica" stop is only a 2-minute walk away. You will easily reach the nearby San Giovanni in Laterano (3 stops, 5 minutes), viale Manzoni (Colosseum area, 4 stops, 7 minutes), and then the Esquiline, Termini Station, Via Nazionale, Via Cavour, Via Veneto, Trevi Fountain, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popolo, Via del Corso, Basilica of San Pietro, Vatican Museums. At Termini Station, Line A intersects with Line B, which will take you to the Colosseum, the Imperial Forums, and the Circus Maximus.
