"Great modern boutique hotel with beautiful design and features. Clean, smells brand new still and centrally located. Front desk staff was very friendly and staffed 24 hours. Bed was comfortable, blackout blinds effective, kitchen as described, and towels large and clean. My only complaint is that the so-called fitness centre is not really that at all. "We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above."

"There were some mechanical issues in the flat such as the front door keypad wasn’t working the first few days. Also, the dryer in the unit does not work. The bathroom door didn’t lock, and the elevator was down the first few days. Otherwise, the flat was welcoming and in a great location, it was clean and the attendant was very polite and quick to help when he could."

"This place was incredible. It was essentially a one bedroom apartment with a small kitchen a full living room and dining room. Location is incredible for Mayfair and Hyde Park. The only criticism I had was that I had a room at the front of the property. It faced onto a popular cut through road so you could hear the traffic outside until around 1am.
