"The location is perfect for relaxing. Wonderfully maintained. You can cook your own meals , if you desire, as the kitchen has everything necessary. We did not hire a car just used taxi which was reasonably priced, cost about 10 Euros to Albaferia old town. We would recommend this property to all our friends without any hesitation whatsoever."

"We were unfamiliar with the electric stove top operation. It has a safety lock on it. It would be helpful to have a small set of documents on basic operation of items in the house. The upper toilet requires numerous flushes to clear. "

"Nice multi-level property with a rooftop terrace that provides a great view of Funchal. Management was quick and responsive. Be aware that if the weather is hot there’s no AC. They provided a room AC that worked for the bottom floor, and fans for the other two bedrooms…but it was warm for sleeping…but otherwise really enjoyed our stay!"

"An absolute fantastic house for a great vacation on the beautiful island Madeira. The view, the sunset, the pool and the Ausstattung - nothing could be better. The house is located at the south west end of madeira with the best view to the ocean and the sunsets. It has its own parking place and is in a very quiet and relaxing area. You can reach beautiful places like Porto Moniz, Calheta, Funchal and the best levadas of the Island by car. Also the contact to the Verwaltung was perfect....
