"Lägenheten är bra. Mycket tyst och ganska bra utrustad. Sängen liten men ganska bekväm. Läget är bra men en ganska jobbig backe upp från stan. Mycket bra med parkering om man hyr bil. Väldigt fin pool men solstolarna är inte de bästa. Några detaljer: Vissa saker anges i beskrivning men finns inte, strandhanddukar, toapapper, kryddor. En del lampor trasiga och byttes inte trots påtalande. Saker som borde finnas i vår mening är brödrost, soffbord och en fläkt (lägenheten var outhärdligt varm, dag...

"I would have given this property 10 + for location and cleanliness. It has an amazing pool, right next to a shopping center, buses to Funchal center and a levada. Alexandro is a guy that manages the apartment and he is super nice and helpful. The only drawback is the noise from the nearby construction site that happens between 9 and 5 pm. "This penthouse was perfect for our needs. The balcony area was a perfect spot for an afternoon nap! We were 2 couples with one over 6 ft tall man, so the 2 bedrooms with king sized beds and 2 separate bathrooms made it so perfect and easy so we could all get ready at the same time. The location was perfect for walking to all activities - about a 20 min walk to the downtown waterfront area but lots to do and see in between and all around the penthouse area. Restaurants within 2 mins walking...

"My partner and I really enjoyed staying in Afonso’s apartment for our week in Funchal. Afonso is a very gracious host, he greeted us warmly and showed us the parking spot in the garage under the building. He gave us lots of tips on where to eat etc. the apartment is on the 6th floor penthouse level. There is a small elevator from the garage to the 5th floor, then a short easy staircase. Placed central in the middle of the Lido makes it very easy for walks, shopping and use of busses - but the trafic also provides some noise, especially during the day. "Jeg har sovet max 5 timer og nogle nætter kun 2 timer. Væggene er tynde som papir og gæsterne larmer 24/7. Der er ingen regler for hvornår der skal være ro. Det føltes på ingen måde afslappende, det var super stressende og på ingen måde det jeg forventer af et ferie ophold. Der var håndværkere udendørs fra morgen til aften så ved poolen var der heler ikke ro! "
