There are a couple coffee shops within walking distance, furthest one ( 15 minutes walj )A Comfeteria has a beautiful set up for breakfast. "

"Fantastic location with views over Funchal. The apartment was comfortable and exceptionally clean. It had everything we needed for our holiday. Check in process was seamless with someone awaiting our arrival. Host very responsive to any queries we had. As mentioned in other reviews it was on a steep hill but we expected that so was no problem for us. Supermarket and Funchal only 10 minute walk away. "

It was only a few-minute walk to the waterfront and from there you can go in either direction. Swimming, eating, and groceries, all were within walking distance. The apartment itself has the amenities necessary to make small meals and a fridge to keep things cold. I would stay there again without hesitation. "
