"Arrived late and just wanted to relax and watch Tv in my Room 156 before going to sleep, But Unfortunately there is no picture just sound and the tv keeps showing no program available no bottom of screen, no matter what channel I am on.
Very disappointing and feel that’s a basic amenity that should work."

"Water pressure on the shower is weak, low no matter where you stay. I have been there a couple of times. Blinds in the windows are not enough for the sun in the morning, mainly the rooms facing front of the building. "
"Our room was very comfortable, clean and very nice bathroom! We do have one complaint, no one was at the desk when we checked out so we left our keys on the desk! When we got home we had a 20.00 charge added to our room! We have tried several times to reach the motel to question the charge but have not been able to reach the motel we stayed at! Just the reservation line! "
"The room was very clean and had everything I needed, including a kitchen. I also used the gym and had it all by myself, which was nice. I used the treadmill, but the gym also has two Peloton bikes, which I will try in my next trip. Most importantly, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"Stayed one night, the hotel is very nice and clean, friendly staff, close to I-90. Secured parking lot.
That said, right outside the hotel gate there are a lot of homeless people and it does not feel like at safe area to be walking in."
"Loved the hotel. It was nicely renovated. Everything was clean and comfortable. The area is so-so. Location is fantastic. Short walk to Riverfront Park and the mall, which is good. Must pass many homeless or drug addicts on the way to get there though. They seemed harmless, but one can never know. "
