"I really appreciated the staff at this hotel. Our small town football team came to stay here and they had the best time. The staff was so kind to them. They let them have an absolute blast in the pool. They even kept up the breakfast area food choices. The hotel had things stocked and ready behind the desk. I appreciate how well everyone was taken care of. "

"Arrived late and just wanted to relax and watch Tv in my Room 156 before going to sleep, But Unfortunately there is no picture just sound and the tv keeps showing no program available no bottom of screen, no matter what channel I am on. Very disappointing and feel that’s a basic amenity that should work."

"We always stay at this hotel when passing through Kennewick, and highly recommend it. Property is convenient, close to gas, McDonalds and Burger King, Walmart and movie theater. Breakfast is hot with several options, along with waffles, yogurt, fruit, breads, parfaits. Staff are great and rooms are clean. And they are dog friendly, not charging extra for our fur baby!"
