"Arrived late and just wanted to relax and watch Tv in my Room 156 before going to sleep, But Unfortunately there is no picture just sound and the tv keeps showing no program available no bottom of screen, no matter what channel I am on.
Very disappointing and feel that’s a basic amenity that should work."
"The front desk staff was wonderful in helping us resolve 3 problems - one was with our reservation; then they called to say we had left a cane in the room. It was one of our hiking canes. They have gone over and above helping us have an enjoyable stay, for which we are very thankful, especially since we were stressed because a family member was in hospital. "
"Our room was very comfortable, clean and very nice bathroom! We do have one complaint, no one was at the desk when we checked out so we left our keys on the desk! When we got home we had a 20.00 charge added to our room! We have tried several times to reach the motel to question the charge but have not been able to reach the motel we stayed at! "I had made reservations at another motel. Upon checking into the other property, I quickly backed out and demanded a refund. When I found Woodspring, I was pleasantly surprised! The difference was night and day! A great location. Many amenities. Clean. Friendly staff. Affordable rates."

Complimentary breakfast is also provided directly next door at what I believe is their supplemental business. No stale, cellophane wrapped Danish here folks. Eggs, sausage, etc....

"Staff were very helpful in getting me checked on 3 hrs early.
Room on South side of hotel was very noisy with traffic noises well past midnight. Probably be looking for a different hotel for my next Spokane stay. Great variety of foods for breakfast! "

"Stayed one night, the hotel is very nice and clean, friendly staff, close to I-90. Secured parking lot.
That said, right outside the hotel gate there are a lot of homeless people and it does not feel like at safe area to be walking in."
"Far away, this is probably the best hotel in Spokane, Washington. Cool historic vibe updated with moderate amenities. The staff is attentive and very professional. Sophia at the front desk and Harris, the valet, both fantastic and made my stay that much better. Additionally, the fitness room is modern and well maintained."
