There is a single fold out bed and two full size couches in the living room, we also found a single size foam pad and a mattress in the closets, and bedding. There are lots of closets and the old residence has been lovingly restored to maintain the old charm. "

"We enjoyed the location… great coffee (indaba and Atticus) and eateries (Europa and the people’s waffle) close by. Finding the building was easy and multiple parking options on the street or a garage. The apartment was very clean and had lots of little perks like hair dryer, iron, kettle. The management was quick to respond and help when we couldn’t log into Netflix! "

"Excellent property. Very nice apartment in downtown Spokane. It was clean and had everything we needed. Only feedback for improvement would be that the master bathroom could use a new shower liner. Would highly recommend and would stay again in the future. "
