Perfect location for an event we had at Riverside State Park. Super communication with the owners. They have done an excellent job of hosting and having this home prepared. "I traveled to the Tri-Cities to play in a tennis tournament. The casita was clean, convenient, and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and the rental price was significantly less than that of a hotel stay. I also enjoyed being able to take advantage of a nicely appointed kitchen to fix a few meals and have quiet cup of coffee to start the day."

Although the house is a bit dated, it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The neighborhood is also very quiet. I would recommend this house to any large group!"
