I dont even know whete to start here. The staff was great. The hotel itself seemed fine till we got in our room. The wall's felt as though they had zero insulation. You coukd literally hear the next room conversations at a regular to low volume. The shared door in the room had light coming through it on the sides and the 2 inch bottom that wasnt flush. The people above us were oartting loud music, voices till 2:30 am. They ignires security knocking in thier door. Security had to outside to yell up at them. After they settled down theybwent to thier individual rooms and were talking and doing other things i wint nention. I felt like i was literally in the room with them. Needless to say i oaud money for a hotel i never gell asleep in with my kids. The next day we had a 12 hour disney day that was horrible because we all just wanted to sleep. I dont blame the hotel for the noise. But the walls being paoer thin was ridiculously annoying.
