It is located inside of an extremely upscale gated community resort. "The house is nice and quite beautiful, well located. The only downside is the lack of a garage space. Actually, there is, but there are very few spaces considering the number of bedrooms and guests the house accommodates. So if you don't have a space in the garage, you'll need to park in the condominium parking lot, which is considerably far from the house, and you'll have to walk there and back."
