"My family and I enjoyed this villa so much! The inside looks newly renovated, and the front and back gated patios are perfect, especially if traveling with a small pet. Great location and quiet neighborhood. The host Karin was fantastic during check-in. She let us in early and we had the pleasure of meeting her. We will definitely be back again. "

"The house is exactly as pictured. We had a few minor issues that were resolved quickly. Easy to drive wherever you need to go. The property is located on a street that can get busy but this did not disturb our stay. Overall, it was a comfortable stay!"

"Traveled from Texas for a doctors appointment. Stayed at the house for eleven days. Lars was wonderful & responded quickly. Keurig was missing a part, & he delivered a new one to us. House was very clean & comfortable. Loved the location. Little too cool & windy to use the pool. Only complaint, middle bedroom did not have a fan. Would highly recommend this house.Loved staying outside on the patio, plenty of seating. Very quiet neighborhood. "

"My family and I stayed for a warm vacation and we were not disappointed. A beautiful home that was very clean when we arrived. Having the pool right off of the house was ideal and having the use of the dock as well was an added plus. We utilized the outdoor kitchen area for meals and it was perfect. I cant say enough about the little touches and the ease of communication with Martin. We all want to return next year! "

"We couldn’t stay there because they stated the home had an issue, they offered a two level home that wouldn’t work for my family. I noticed the only other review stated the host canceled at the last minute and offered another home. Not sure if this house is truly available "
