Ideally Located

This furnished apartment is located in Park Slope, an upscale residential Brooklyn neighborhood that takes its name from sprawling Prospect Park. This family-friendly area has plenty to do and see. Both 5th and 7th Avenue are lined with boutiques, cafes, and restaurants catering to the brunch crowd. The park is also a major attraction, with a variety of places to picnic and play sports, as well as a dog beach and even a bandshell with live performances. Park Slope is served by the D, F, G, N, R and W lines of the New York City subway system.

This Blueground apartment has flexible lease options, allowing you to book it for one month, a year, or more.
Pets are welcome, though weight limits and breed restrictions apply and may incur fees.
Please keep in mind that this is a walk up building.
We take great pride in ensuring every photo displayed is shot in our own units with our actual furnishings. That said, we regularly refresh our decor and furniture arrangement, which may differ from what’s pictured.

A security deposit of $500 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.
