I have stayed there last week for 6 nights for my honeymoon the hotel was really nice but the reason why i gave 2 stars because they had charged me an $75 extra for resort fees and I had no idea about it before until I got charged. Called them to see if they can do something about it. They said no. Second thing they were doing construction every day and was very loud that I couldn’t enjoy my sleep and had to wake up every day super early and that really annoyed me

We thought the service was very good especially concierge, beach and pool staff. Things we really appreciated was the car service to drop off at dinner and free coffee in the morning. However, cleanliness was not up to par for this level of a hotel and did not meet my expectation.Green velvet chair in our room had white bleach stains, makeup stains, and a coffee spill down the back of the chair. Hair on the floor that wasn’t ours. Furniture around the property was worn and tired and carpet stains in halls. We did appreciate you accommodating early check in, but room was directly over a roof so disappointing.

Loved the property, ease of beach access and the service was absolutely wonderful. Food at the restaurant hotel was average, but everything else was amazing!

Superb experience with exceptional staff service. Beautiful quiet room with balcony was a nice treat and worth the extra spend. Pool service was top notch. Food was amazing. Five stars all around. Thank you!

Got charged after already paying in advance with Expedia , 2.5k taken on checkin from my account, took many phone calls to sort out , if that was someone’s only holiday money they would be in trouble , very dismissive about it

Love the pool area! Partially shaded, lots of trees and plants, and vibe hits the right balance. We traveled with our elementary school aged kids, and it was relaxed enough for them but not overrun by kids and family needs. Saw plenty of couples and groups of adults friends who seemed to be having a good time and not bothered by the relatively low number of kids. Service is attentive but relaxed. We have stayed at many of the bigger hotels on south beach, and this one had the best balance of all factors.

Disappointed with my stay. Starting with my check in did not receive good customer service from the time of check in. Also, I thought housekeeping came very late in the day which frustrated me. Also, the room was not very clean, the carpet was left dirty and there was trash left from prior guests. Considering the considerable amount of money spent on this hotel I expected a cleaner room, better customer service from staff. I think you get what you pay for and I definitely did not get what I paid for.

The hotel was very crowded and there is construction going on the North side. I think all things considered the hotel did their best to manage these challenges. The staff was very helpful. Special thanks to Tyler by the pool and Rebecca at the front desk. The food at the pool was not amazing and drinks were expensive which is to be expected. We traveled with our two daughters 9 & 12 and enjoyed our visit.

I had three nights stay during my spring break in W south beach. It's not a satisfied stay overall. The first night, I was waked up by construction noise at 9AM. However, I did not be notified about the construction situation. I don't know why W offered the guests a room right below the construction room. After my complained, my room got changed to the 7th floor(I was on the 5th), the room is similar location as my previous room. The new rooms seem not fully prepared before my move. There are cigarettes on the balcony. I'm allergic to dust mites. I have some symptoms after I stay in the new room…. The second night was peaceful. However!!!!!!!!!! The third night, I was waked up by the construction noise again........... I don't know what to say, anyone get my feeling? My 4 days vacation.... was waked up and struggled by the noise for 2 stays........ The room service was so so too. My order got forgotten by the staffs twice... (I got my food after I contacted them which is 2 hours late than scheduled)..... W hotel is not a cheap hotel, I wonder why the service was so poor. It not worth the money I spent.

Really great hotel, great staff. The only comment I would make is to wash the room floors after every stay and vacuum instead of using that sticky roller as it doesn't pick up everything. Cleaning staff was very nice.

Merveilleux hôtel ! Les chambres sont immenses et décorées avec soin et de façon originale. On n’entend aucun bruit à l’intérieur. Tres belle piscine. Parfaitement placé à South beach. Je n’ai pas testé le restaurant (qui a excellente réputation) mais le bar est très sympa !
