"This is best resort for a relaxing and quiet vacation. The staff is courteous and professional, the grounds are manicured and expansive. The many restaurants are varied and the food is top notch. I will definitely stay here again in the future."

"We had amazing 8 days at Iberostar Cozumel. We had an issue regarding the drinking culture at and in the pool. Guests starts drinking alchohol in the pool before noon and some guests bring food in the pool too. We were very satisfied with the food and the surroundings. The animation team did an amazing job and all staff are very friendly and helpful. Diving and snorkling facilities are amazing."

"Loved the A La Carte restaurants' menu and the buffet menu was pretty good too! Also love the view, pool, beach, numerous activities and them being all-inclusive! The housekeeping, room service, and everything are worth 5 stars. I would say the teppanyaki restaurant fell short of expectations and food was quite bland in my opinion. But overall 5 out of 5 stars experience and would highly recommend this hotel!!"

"The friendly staff, cleanliness and wildlife around the resort made the trip! Most of the pools were a bit deep for our youngest to enjoy, but the kids had a great time in the wave pool. The activities were always delayed, sometimes up to 30 minutes. The lazy river left a lot to be desired. The food was always good. We were very disappointed booking with Expedia, as the price quoted with taxes and fees was $800 less than what we were charged. Also the $400 credit was in the form of coupons. For...

"From the time you arrive through the gates until you leave, you're taken care of. All you have to do is relax and have fun. Lots of activities everyday. So many pools to keep cool. The beaches are great! The staff is very friendly. There's all types of food, you can eat your favorites for every meal. The rooms are comfortable, cleaned everyday and great air conditioning. I can't wait to return, i miss it already!"

"Air conditioning in room was not working. Service was terrible - basically non-existent. Hotel facilities were okay. Room was dated. This was definitely not a 5 star hotel, would be a 3 star hotel. Would not recommend this hotel at all for those looking for 5 star or even 4 star hotel given the service was so bad! We would never stay here again. "
