One of the standout features of this location is its closeness to Hampstead Heath, just a short walk of around seven minutes. Widely regarded as the most beautiful park in London, the Heath offers vast open landscapes, woodland paths, and breathtaking panoramic views across the city. It is home to the famous outdoor swimming ponds, open year-round, as well as the historic Kenwood House, set within stunning grounds and home to an impressive art collection. Nearby Hampstead village adds further charm, with its cobbled streets, independent boutiques, traditional pubs, and well-loved cafés.
Belsize Park is known for its village-like atmosphere, leafy streets, and elegant period architecture. The area offers a relaxed yet refined feel, with independent bakeries, cafés, and neighbourhood restaurants popular with locals. Chalk Farm sits close by and brings a more creative energy, with music venues, cultural spaces, and a lively mix of eateries and pubs, all within easy walking distance.

We would like to mention the check-in process: With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
