A global dining scene, world-famous markets and vibrant nightlife are just minutes from home - and with the excellent transport connections at Camden Town Station just a ten-minute stroll away, you can explore all corners of the capital with ease. With its unmistakable bohemian atmosphere, Camden is a neighbourhood waiting to be explored. A leisurely ten-minute stroll along the leafy canal takes you to the bustling Camden Market, a treasure trove of vintage fashion and curios. Venture ten minutes further and find yourself in Regent's Park, home to the iconic London Zoo. Your dedicated concierge can arrange unforgettable animal experiences for the little ones. And just a twenty-minute walk from Rochester Road II, you'll discover Primrose Hill, brimming with Victorian charm, chic boutiques, and trendy brunch spots. With its light and airy interiors designed for contemporary comfort, Rochester Road II is a delight. The spacious sitting room, a blend of period features, modern art, and bold prints, offers two inviting seating areas. One is centred around a grand fireplace, perfect for gathering, while the other serves as a quiet reading nook or a spot to play the home's piano. The bright, open-plan, Scandinavian-style kitchen diner is a chef's dream, well-equipped and inspiring. The dining space is bathed in natural light, thanks to the glass doors that open onto the garden terrace. The handsome primary bedroom with a super king-size bed impresses with floor-to-ceiling sash windows and antique wooden furniture. There are three further bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, the other two with singles – ideal for children. Rochester Road II has two attractive bathrooms, both featuring wood panelling in soothing pastel blue and boasting a tub with shower attachment.

Home Truths:

- This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between june and september, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period. This home accepts babies, toddlers and children but does not accept pets. One loveable cat lives in this home. They won't be around during your stay but this home not be suitable for those with allergies. The fireplaces in this home are ornamental. There are several stairs up to the entrance of this home with no elevator access. This home is spread over four levels with no internal elevator. The second bedroom of this home is not photographed but includes a king-sized bed suitable for two people. We will be taking new photos soon. The shower in the guest bathroom on the second floor takes several minutes to warm up. There is limited hanging space in the third bedroom. There is a cctv camera on the outside of this home. However, there are none indoors.
