Private Penthouse Above the Crowds

This distinctive apartment, spread across the upper floors of a modern development in Wandsworth, is a striking blend of character, light and contemporary design. Spanning the seventh to ninth floors, the home offers beautifully layered living spaces, stylish interiors and two private outdoor areas — ideal for both short and extended London stays.

The apartment comfortably accommodates four guests across two bright and inviting bedrooms. On the top level, the principal bedroom features a grand carved four-poster super king bed, boutique-style décor and a luxurious ensuite complete with a walk-in shower and freestanding bathtub. The second bedroom includes two single beds and also benefits from its own ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and hand-held shower — ideal for families or friends travelling together.

The seventh floor hosts a private terrace furnished with outdoor seating, a peaceful spot for your morning coffee or winding down with a glass of wine. A convenient WC is also located on this level.

Take the stairs to the eighth floor and you'll find a warm, open-plan living and entertaining space. The living area is bathed in natural light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows and is furnished with elegant cream sofas, rich rugs and antique-style wood pieces. A large flat-screen TV is neatly integrated into bespoke cabinetry, making it perfect for a cosy night in.
The sleek white kitchen with a central island and soft lighting offers everything needed for cooking at home, while the dining area features floral-upholstered chairs around a chic glass table. A guest WC is also located just off the living area. This floor includes a smaller balcony, offering elevated city views and additional fresh air.

Also on the eighth floor is a smart glass-walled office space, complete with an ergonomic chair and desk setup — perfect for remote working in peace and style.

!!Please note: this property spans three levels with internal stairs between floors seven, eight and nine. Due to the layout and stair access, it may not be suitable for elderly guests or those with mobility concerns!!

Located in vibrant Wandsworth, and within easy reach of Southfields and East Putney, the flat is ideally positioned for exploring riverside London. Wandsworth is home to leafy green spaces, riverside walks and relaxed pub gardens, while East Putney and Southfields offer a village-like feel with local favourites like Megan’s, Gazette, Franco Manca and The Alma Pub. King George’s Park and the Thames Path are just a stroll away, with boutique shopping and coffee spots dotted throughout the area.

Wandsworth Town railway station is nearby with direct trains to Clapham Junction and Waterloo. East Putney and Southfields Tube stations, both on the District Line, offer easy connections to central London, Wimbledon and beyond.
