This spacious property comfortably sleeps six guests, featuring two well-appointed bedrooms, one of which is ensuite, and an additional full bathroom.
Upon entering, you'll find a contemporary open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. Other things to note **As this property is located on the top floor, we kindly ask guests with children to be particularly cautious when using the balcony. The balcony offers stunning views but is high above ground level, so it's important to ensure that children are supervised at all times while outside. For safety reasons, we recommend keeping the balcony doors closed and locked when not in use. Your safety and peace of mind are our top priority, so please enjoy the space responsibly**
- All standard amenities are provided - Additional Charges: Travel cot rental are available upon request. - Parking: Pre-booked parking on-site for £12 per night - Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in time is after 3 pm, and check-out time is before 11 am. Please inform us in advance if you need early check-in or late check-out, as additional charges may apply. - Early Check-In or Late Check-Out Charges: A £30 charge will be applied if guests check themselves in early without permission or check out late, as this disrupts our cleaner’s schedule. - Lost Key Charge: Please take care of the keys. A £100 charge will be applied for lost keys. - Lock-out Charge: Please take the keys with you when leaving the property or leave them where you have collected them from. A £50 charge will be applied for lock-out, and service is restricted outside working hours. - No Parties or Gatherings: This is a quiet residential area, and parties or loud gatherings are not allowed. An additional £250 fee applies if house rules are broken. - Noise Policy: Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm. - We provide a starter supply of toiletries and basic consumables to cover the first couple of days of your stay. This includes items such as shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and kitchen essentials like tea, coffee, and sugar. These are intended to make your arrival comfortable and give you time to settle in. However, please note that they may not be sufficient for the entire duration of your stay, so we recommend purchasing additional supplies locally as needed.
