You’re also within easy reach of Dulwich Village and the Dulwich Picture Gallery, plus nearby parks and local walks—ideal for balancing city days with calmer, local exploring.
Getting around East Dulwich connects quickly to London Bridge (around 12–15 minutes by train). Buses serve routes throughout the area, so getting into central London and around South London is straightforward. On-site parking (1 driveway space) is included, with free street parking nearby—useful if you’re driving in or planning day trips. Airports: Gatwick is reachable by train in roughly an hour (depending on route and time of day), and Heathrow is typically around 50–60 minutes via central London connections.
House rules No smoking inside the flat. No pets. No parties, events, or gatherings. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Please be considerate of neighbours, especially in the garden and during evening hours. Dispose of rubbish appropriately and leave the flat in reasonable condition. This is a quiet residential setting and is not suitable for parties; please keep outdoor noise to a respectful level.
Booking Policy Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled. Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, we reserve the right to charge up to two hundred pounds per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.
Cancellation Policy Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
