Bathroom: a clean, well-appointed bathroom stocked with fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Dalston is a vibrant and dynamic neighborhood at the heart of East London, celebrated for its creative energy, cultural diversity, and welcoming community spirit. The area thrives with independent cafes, eclectic restaurants, and unique boutiques offering an authentic local experience just steps from your door. Nature lovers will appreciate nearby green spaces like London Fields and Hackney Downs, perfect for leisurely strolls or outdoor relaxation. With excellent transport connections—including convenient Overground stations and frequent bus routes—you'll have easy access to explore the best of London while maintaining the charm of your Dalston base.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Dalton Kingsland, is just a 5-minutes walk.

Gatwick and Heathrow Airports are an 1h15 drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
