"The resort was absolutely gorgeous! The beach was one of the best I’ve been to for the white soft sand and low seaweed. The food was amazing everywhere we went on the resort. We didn’t feel the need to upgrade for the extra 2 restaurants because the food was so well done at the ones we had access to. The staff is all super friendly and very helpful for anything we needed. "I have mixed feelings about this resort. The location on the beach is good and the hotel as such is also nicely done. However, it failed the 'towel test' Every morning at 6 am people are reserving sunbeds that they then dont use. Also there is constant 'entertainment' and way too much alcohol flowing which creates a spring break atmosphere, but with most guests being in their 50s. Very odd environment to be honest and not at all relaxing.
Having said that the staff is generally nice and service...

"The beach is the most quiet and beautiful in Cancun. Staff were amazing! The room was spotless. Peaceful holiday conducive to digital detox. Beds are wonderful. Concierge staff at the beach were so helpful.
Food tips: Bocadito food truck tacos. The best.
Lupita Lounge: sirloin steak is actually rib eye. Delicious
El Mar: Breakfast, lunch and dinner all delicious
La Isla: Excellent Risotto
Bisou: Delicious breakfast buffet"
