"We booked this "double room", it was so small. We had 2 small carry-on suitcases, and both couldn't be open at the same time. It was a tiny bed (120 cm) for two, only 1 duvet to share. I was supposed to share with my friend, and we werent comfortable. It was too small. If it had been with a partner I maybe wouldn't care. But impossible to be comfortable. We didn't even stay there, but left the premises and bought a hotel close by that same day. So we never slept there. There were tissues...

"I never received any check in information, I arrived at the property at 3:30pm and I couldn’t get into the building. I tried calling the phone number that was previously provided and I couldn’t get through. The manager turned up outside after I had been standing there on crutches for 30mins. I informed the manager that I hadn’t received any check information, he then let me into the building where he contacted someone regarding check in information. I was given a key box/room card/but no code...

"Its a shared bathroom and isn’t listed like that, Room 1, the bedding was used and the pillow case had blood on it, the pillows are over worn and just lumpy the walls have mould on them and the second wall is in very poor repair with white paint splashed on over grey paint, the floorboards has big gaps between them, the bathroom has a wrap wound curtain where you can barely stand without the curtains touching you that are also very tired, the doors have big gaps and the windows don’t close...

"No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous!
The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...

"Det var et godt ophold - fin service fra personalet. For et hotel i London godt og stilfuldt. Super god morgenmad - full English breakfast - rigtigt godt.
De små minus - bedre dyner og støj fra gaden - både fra biler og mennesker som gik forbi. Det kan let ændres fiberdyner fra Jysk og nye vinduer (glas) som kan lukke støjen ude."
