"We had a short but wonderful stay. Service was excellent all the way through. Breakfast was amazing and the included dinner was also good. We had hoped to see Mt. Fuji but couldn’t due to heavy snowfall, but relaxing in the hot open-air onsen while the snow was falling on your face and listening to the nearby shrine gong sounds was simply one of the best experiences of my trip. Highly recommended"

"We had two fantastic days at this hotel. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, free access to the spa area (a shame that they do not have a uni-sex area), wonderful location with a stunning view to Mt.Fuji and not at least fantastic food - especially the "do-it-yourself-bbq-meat" at dinner was incredible!"
