"Room was big & clean, staff was great"

"The apartment was super clean, that clean, I wondered if it was ever occupied. The clothes washing/dryer machine was an absolute God sent. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. I would 100% recommend 👌"

"The hotel is conveniently located next to Tokyo Station. The hotel is almost brand new and well equipped. There is a commercial building newly opened next door and it has plenty of restaurants. The underground mall that connects into Tokyo Station offers even most dining options. It also has easy access to nearby subway stations."

"I really loved that they provided a lot of amenities. I love that we had a washer/dryer in our room and that they gave us free detergent. When it was raining they had free umbrellas for us to use. I like that the bathroom is separate from the shower. There was a lot of space for our luggage."

"My friends and I stayed here for 3 nights, and it was absolutely amazing. The hotel room was clean, and the bathroom included a washer and a dryer system (favorite part). The bathroom was quite small and packed. I would recommend having a rack to hang towels and/or clothes. All other parts of the stay were impeccable. Would recommend to future travelers!"
