"This is a great vacation house. The backyard has a heated pool (warm enough to swim on chilly nights very comfortably), a basketball court and mini golf. There are also comfortable lounge areas for just lying in the sun or shade and relaxing. The house is nicely updated with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main house. "We traveled to Miami for our wedding with our children and grandchildren and this house was absolutely perfect. The outside amenities were amazing, the inside was clean and bright. The kitchens had all of the necessary items needed for our chef to prepare amazing meals. We all enjoyed the large pool and pool bar, as well as the sports court, trampoline, and play sets for the kids. "The house and all its amazing amenities were fabulous! It was clean, the check in & out process was easy, and the location was wonderful. The house was well stocked with towels and dishes but lacked a little in pots/pans & cooking utensils. We ended up having to buy an additional pot. Communication with the management company was excellent on a few issues we encountered, but the only real disappointment was that we could not use the firepit outside, which several of our guests really looked...

"We had 8 in our group, ranging from age 6 up to 72. This was a great house for our whole family! Lots to do in Coral Gables, and it’s an easy jaunt to downtown Miami as well. The house was beautiful and very clean. The owner included so many thoughtful little extras, including sunscreen, bug spray, toiletries, and even disposable slippers. The well-stocked coffee bar in the kitchen was much appreciated by the coffee lovers in our group. But the real star of this property was the dreamy backyard...

"I highly recommend any property by Matt and his team. We didn’t stay at this property, so I can’t speak directly to this house. We had a last minute issue that wasn’t anyone’s fault and Matt’s team was incredibly helpful and accommodating! The house we did stay at was beautiful, clean, and they were extremely helpful when we had one minor issue with the dishwasher.
