"I had emailed the reception three times to ask which public bus to take and no one answered me. I found my way there using R23. Also, all doors head out to the highway so didn’t sleep at all the two nights I stayed. Bring water and essential food as there is nothing in that area. "

"Moon Palace Nizuc was a great stay. The food was outstanding at both the breakfast and dinner buffet. Elsy made my egg every day. I love the bread and made use of the toaster. There are tons of options for food.The a’la cart restaurants were also very good. We were pleased with the evening entertainment, as well as the sweet Shop. The beds were pretty comfortable, but the pillows not so much unless you like them squishy. They did housekeeping for us upon request each time doing an excellent job....

"I have mixed feelings about this resort. The location on the beach is good and the hotel as such is also nicely done. However, it failed the 'towel test' Every morning at 6 am people are reserving sunbeds that they then dont use. Also there is constant 'entertainment' and way too much alcohol flowing which creates a spring break atmosphere, but with most guests being in their 50s. Very odd environment to be honest and not at all relaxing. Having said that the staff is generally nice and service...
