"Loved this resort! So clean, hospitality was amazing! When a mistake happens, they would go over and beyond to make you happy! Jorge, is really warm and welcoming he was also really quick to respond and knowledgeable. Jorge made us feel like we were his only guest! Ismail always kept us informed about the activities for the day. My kids 12,10 wanna come back next week lol! There was something for all of us! We will definitely be coming back! "

"I had a night to spare before getting to the airport to leave Cancun and this cozy establishment was perfect to refresh myself. I had trouble with my Visa card and the lady (Patricia) did everything she could to help me. Generosity and kindness at his finest. Thank you again !"

"I had emailed the reception three times to ask which public bus to take and no one answered me. I found my way there using R23. Also, all doors head out to the highway so didn’t sleep at all the two nights I stayed. Bring water and essential food as there is nothing in that area. "

"It was fun to stay at the capsule hotel. It felt like staying in the flat from the movie The fifth element.
It was surprisingly quiet too.
It's a bit tricky to use public transportation from the hotel to the airport though, so you'll probably end up paying 350 pesos for the cab. "

"Arranged shuttle bus from airport did not show up. No one to pick up phone in designated shuttle phone number. Taxi to hotel from airport is USD 130, total scam. At hotel we were informed that next day shuttle to airport was fully booked. Overall this hotel DOES NOT offer shuttle service. Breakfast was really bad and not enough food! On Marriott’s webpage start time is 06:00, at Expedia website 06:30. At reception they mentioned 7:00, but food only started to arrive 07:25"

"If you are flying out and looking for a good nights sleep, with a cosy last night with maybe a local little Mexican restaurant to be found in a cosy area - this is not it. Convenient for a flight the day after with free shuttle as well (you need to pre book) but it's located in a parking lot of some sort of shopping area away from everything else. Only complaint with the room is the cleaning; the toilet floor was filled with inappropriate hairs, clearly not cleaned - and we were reluctant to use...
