"We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

"Our stay at SOTA was nothing short of amazing. The drive to the retreat was not too out of reach, and made sense, as we were in the jungle of Puerto Morelos. We arrived a little later than expected, but greeted upon arrival at the gate by the staff. We were helped with our luggage to our stay, and we were stunned at every step! In our unit, there were fresh fruits waiting for us on the table. Our room was surrounded by glass looking out into the jungle, and every room had access to opening...

"It is a new construction, the room was amazing, really clean, with ocean view, the pool really nice. The only thing that it was a big minus is that the Wi-Fi wasn't working in our room, we notified the front desk clerk and went to our room to try to fix it but couldn't be fixed and in that area my phone didn't have good reception there, other than that it was great. "Staff unfriendly at check in. Most places were not open. All rooms were rented had issues, chili g smoke detectors, that took two days to fix, broken phone, toilet and shower. Room decor for birthdays were not done, mine said happy honeymoon and I came solo. Just overall very dissatisfied with this resort. They need customer service help."
