"Best resort. I would come back, just wish it was better entertain. The food was great and the beach area was perfect. 5 stars."

"We had a great time at Jungala, the resort was stunning, the room was spacious, stylish and well appointed. the staff were excellent and welcoming, special mention to Vanessa in the kids club, my daughter loved her, and Raffael who did training every morning on the beach. The amenity/ entertainment was great especially Jungala water park and Joya show. Onto the downsides - I thought whilst the dining environments were beautiful the food did not match this and was expensive, and when certain...

"So much fun. Thank you for another amazing trip. Can’t wait to come back"

"We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights. They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

"The most beautiful property I've ever stayed at. Immaculate views and amazing staff who helped with everything from restaurant recommendations to helping us get bike rentals delivered to the hotel. Mike at the front desk made us feel like family. The sunsets and sunrises coming in from the floor to ceiling windows were the nicest I've ever seen. Couldn't recommend more."

"Great place"

"Best resort you will ever stay in. Quiet, relaxing, and beautiful. You will enjoy the pools and beach. While seaweed is a problem throughout the Mayan Riviera the Edition probably does the best job of keeping the beach clean and pristine."

"Vidunderligt sted. God mad.

"😆"

"I really love this property ! The surroundings were beautiful- very green and lush, room was impeccably clean, very attentive staff , beautiful pools, very well maintained gym and great food. There were some nice on-site activities as well - recommend the boat tour and cacao ceremony, both of which were done beautifully. Be mindful of the cost of room service which was quite exorbitant and not worth it given the portion sizes. The hotel transfers are also quite costly so consider taking a taxi...

"Staff was exceptional Spa was amazing Rooms was great ."
