Fint hotel
Fint hotel, men lidt for lang tids ventetid på morgenmaden og rengøring på værelserne skete meget sent ca. 17:30 så det betød ofte at vi ikke fik gjort rent da vi selv brugte værelset til at tage bad på det tidspunkt.

Dårlig oplevelse.
Vores samlet indtryk var dårligt. Vi fik et værelse med én seng til tre personer. Håndværker der larmede det meste af dagen. Et pool område hvor der ikke var plads til alle gæsterne. Elevator som primært blev benyttet af personalet. Udtjekning kl. -2, men rengøring der bankede på tre gange fra kl 8.00 om morgenen.

Vi kom frem til hotellet ved midnat og var virkelig trætte efter en lang rejse men de kunne ikke finde vores reservation i deres system. De ville ikke hjælpe og vi måtte vente 3 timer i deres lobby på at hotels.com åbnede så man kunne ringe. At de så yder ligeså dårlig service som hotellet overrasker mig også!

The building is very old and shouldn’t be used for accommodation until after renovation. Although the staff were very nice and helpful as they provided me with a small cooler to preserve my food as I have allergies and can mostly eat food from home. They also gave me a microwave as the rooms doesn’t come with any fridge or microwave which is really nice and that why I am giving them a two star. I was totally disappointed about the lack of maintenance as I paid too much was expecting to get a decent accommodation. Bathroom was very nasty and horrible as the shower curtain were very dirty and very disgusting. Also keep in mind that there is no bath tub here. Air bnb would have been lot cheaper and way better than what they offered at this hotel. Definitely not coming back here. No thanks

Poor water pressure. Inconsistent availability of hot water and wifi. Unfunctional gym equipment. Nice and calm pool area. Staff are mostly very nice. Area is not pretty but there are many convenient stores restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Property needs a face lift but I would still come back.

It's the worst hotel I've been to in Cancun. There is a big problem with WiFi there, be ready for not having internet in your room. The coffee machine was broken. Every time wgen i asked to replace it, tge sraff promised to do it within 10 minutes but it took all day to get it replaced.

Its cold water...heater wasnt working. Elevator was super narrow and it was forever wait. No dining. You got to wait forever. Internet was super slow. I would never recommend.

Todo muy bien calidad precio, el buffet es bueno, la atención en el restaurante es muy buena, solo que de tres días dos me dejaron sin toallas de baño.

No cold water so the showers were to hot to shower in… was dirty.. staff was rude, Money went missing, didn’t have towels in our room to begin with and when we asked they never brought for the pool even . And was freezing asked for extra blankets never brought any

The electiricity went off several times. Elevators were not working for most of a day and walking up to the 7th floor in the very hot stair wells was very uncomfortable. There is a problem with some kind of virus or bacteria which caused almost all of our very large group to have gastrointestinal illness. This lasted days and meant people could not participate in activities or enjoy their time.
