The Space:
You will find some of the most beautiful colors of the Cancun sea here. The condo is located in the hotel zone of Cancun (km 13.5), close to popular restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and public transportation.
This is a well-located beachfront condo with an older style. While the views and location are a highlight, the apartment is not newly remodeled and some furniture, finishes, and details reflect regular use and the age of the property. We prefer to be transparent so guests book knowing exactly what to expect.
It has an elevator, and the condo has several stairs, there are even inside the apartment. It is important to take this into account if you are traveling with the elderly or people with difficulty climbing them.

Getting Around:
If you plan to explore the Riviera Maya, renting a car is recommended. However, if your plan is to enjoy the beach, nearby restaurants, and the Hotel Zone, a car is not necessary.
Other Things to Note:

The condo and beach photos are not edited. They are recently taken. However, due to natural phenomena, in your reserve you can find sargassum (algae) on the beach and it may not look like the photos. In any case, when this happens there are people cleaning the beaches, but keep in mind that it is a phenomenon that happens throughout the city, it is not exclusive to this condominium and it is out of our hands.
It is necessary to take into account caution with the railings on the property due to their height and the structure of the place; It is recommended to be very careful, especially with children.
Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.
It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.
Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.
For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
