"Clean room. Balcony with view of resort area and the ocean. Relaxing vibe… quiet in the eve with only ocean sounds.
The thai restaurant wasnt available to us unfortunately. Food at the restaurants we visited was good but service was inconsistent at the italian one. The spanish restaurant had really nice servers and we met a wonderful chef there. We also enjoyed breakfast there daily.
Gym facilities were superb and clean with a good mix of equipment.
The outdoor pools were great… we enjoyed...
"Came many times to Cancun but stayed at other hotels. Guarantee to say that Hyatt Ziva is the best resort for family in Hotel Zone. Nice and friendly staffs, always smile greeting with guests. All the restaurants offer great options and tasty food, also each restaurant has their own special drink menu. Beach is right in front and back of the hotel. No big waves there, so can see some fishes swim around.

"Vi, 3 personer, boede 14 dage på dette glimrende hotel og vi har intet negativt at sige. Værelset havde den rette størrelse og udsigten fra altanen er perfekt ud over både havet og poolområdet. La Isla shopping center er lige over for hotellet og der er et supermarket 10 minutters gang derfra "

"We had a fabulous time at Temptation as always! All the staff were friendly and helpful! Odalys, Mayra and Hayver were great in the lobby bar!
The Expedia VIP check in/out was super easy and staff at friendly! Can’t wait to go back!"
"Great location. Nice common area by the water. Nachos taste artificial, but breakfast was good, you can have fresh friut with yogurt. Bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the aircon was broken and very noisy. I wrote this as feedback to the check-in process to Expedia, and to my pleasant surprise, they called maintenance to switch it of, even in the middle of the night.
