"Air conditioning in room was not working. Service was terrible - basically non-existent. Hotel facilities were okay. Room was dated. This was definitely not a 5 star hotel, would be a 3 star hotel. Would not recommend this hotel at all for those looking for 5 star or even 4 star hotel given the service was so bad! We would never stay here again. "

"This is my 2nd stay on this property. It has changed since my 1st. The most remarkable is the wildlife on the property is amazing. Many Caotis, Flamingos, Neutra looking rodents, tortoise, and Peacocks. I learned they caged the howling monkeys. Didn't see any this time but occasionally heard them, unlike last time I saw them a great deal during my stay.. Did see a couple spider monkeys. I enjoyed the monkeys most."
