Enjoy stunning lake and mountain views from this family friendly holiday home. Anderson Heights provides the perfect package of space, modern style, comfort and convenient location. The views are made the most of with wrap around floor to ceiling windows upstairs in the open plan living area. Bedrooms include two queens and two twin singles, with 2.5 bathrooms. The kitchen is modern, there is a second room off the lounge with a large desk that can be your own workstation area or kids play area.

Anderson Heights is a modern family home with a great layout and plenty of space, making for the perfect Wanaka getaway. The 2 stories consist of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, downstairs laundry, and an open plan living, dining and kitchen area upstairs plus a rumpus room/office and powder room.

On arrival the cars can be parked off the street on the driveway. Access to the home is through the front entry door into the foyer with stairs up to the living area. On this downstairs level the master houses a queen bed, built-in robes and an ensuite with shower, basin and toilet. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and built-in robes and the third has twin single beds also with built-in robes. These are serviced by a modern family bathroom with a shower, vanity, and toilet along with a built-in laundry area under the stairs. All linen/towels are provided.

Upstairs is open plan, full of natural light and spacious. The floor to ceiling glass presents a magnificent backdrop of stunning mountain and lake views. While the modern kitchen area is tiled, the rest of the living room is carpeted and the main living area is heated with either the wood burning fireplace or a heat pump, along with natural sunshine at various times of the day.

The kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances, gas cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a breakfast bar with 4 barstools. The dining suite seats 6 and the 2 large leather sofas face those gorgeous views from the lounge. In the corner of the room is the wood burner, adding warmth and ambiance. In the summer, open the large sliding door to let the outside in and enjoy the stunning lake and mountain views. Fire up the BBQ and eat at the outdoor setting. This is the life!

There is an additional room off the lounge which can be used as a small rumpus room or games room for the kids or use the desk to get some work done. There is also a powder room upstairs.

With unlimited fair use WiFi and freeview NZ TV this property offers everything you’ll need for the perfect family holiday, including its terrific location.

You will have access to the whole home

We are available to answer any questions via our Guest Portal DUVE. We leave guests alone during their stay but are on hand if required. I live locally and Im only a stones throw away. If there is something that requires attention during your stay, we will be able to attend within approximately 30 minutes.

Whether you enjoy cycling, walking or just the replenishing views of green spaces, the fact that the house sits right on the edge of a park reserve, with tracks that wind through the local area, is a major win. Sticky Forest, popular for its bike trails, is a 10 min cycle away. Added to that, Wanaka township & Lake Wanaka is a short 5 minutes drive to the South-West.

Wanaka is nestled on the Southern end of its namesake lake. Wanaka is a wonderful holiday destination, offering fishing, Mount Aspiring National Park, ski fields, local wineries and scenic golf courses. It's an enchanting part of the Southern Lakes region. The area provides an abundance of activities and amenities. Take a lake cruise or a scenic helicopter flight, try heli-skiing, or fish in many of the surrounding lakes and rivers. A walk to Rob Roy Glacier in the stunning Mt Aspiring National Park or walk with the locals up Mt Iron might appeal. In winter, hit the slopes just a short drive away at the local ski fields: Cardrona, Treble Cone, or the Snow Farm. Enjoy a game of golf, tennis or bowls. So much choice!

For those looking for more self-indulgence, picnics on the Clutha River or Lakefront or a wine tour of the local vineyards are all a stone’s throw away, or book a spa treatment! For the kids, Dingleburn Safari and Puzzling World with its maze and illusion room offer terrific entertainment options, as do Wanaka's 2 quirky unique movie theatres.

You’re spoilt for choice when it comes to eateries, with options ranging from modern pub grub to fine dining options, with many nationalities represented. The cafe culture is thriving, and the locals are friendly! Local supermarkets are easily accessible, and you can wander around the variety of shops at your leisure.

Wanaka's airport is 9km away & Queenstown's airport is only an hour’s drive via the stunning Crown Range. This part of the world is stunning and this beautifully appointed home really is a wonderful base for that perfect extended getaway, workcation or staycation!

Enter Wanaka on Hwy 84 - turn right at the Anderson Rd round a bout & that the 2nd exit into Anderson Rd. This property is located on the left at the end of a long driveway where a sign saying 'Honest Wholefood Co' is located at the bottom of the driveway.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest portal DUVE. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your drivers licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, you are welcome to block out all, except the last 4 digits on the card, but please note that our Guest Portal DUVE has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.

- Report any breakages, damage , maintenance
- Check-out by the agreed time: 10am
- Respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum after 10pm - guests must be inside by this time
- Follow our STRICT NO PARTY POLICY.
- No extra guests allowed into the property to stay: no caravans, campervans, motorhomes, tents.
- The driveway is difficult for larger vehicles to access so I suggest you walk the driveway first before maneuvering your vehicle up the drive

Loverly spot nice and quiet. House was very clean and everything was provided.Suited us brewery's and coffee down the road. Property manager was excellent.We would stay there again.😎
