"Wow!!! If you are looking to relax in nature this is the place. The hosts and staff were amazing making sure our every need was met including getting a Drs appointment for my son. They would also prepare us meals on request. At night you can enjoy the fire by the cenote with the glowing lights inside the caves. During the day the birds are very entertaining we even spotted a toucan. Honestly we can’t say enough about this heaven on earth. We will definitely be returning next year. "

"Super ophold og fremragende morgenmadsbuffet "

"We were a family of 5 and after a few complications finding the right rooms Jazmin in the front desk showed excellent customer service and found a great solution for us. The hotel is really really nice. The rooms are spacious and new. The pool areas are fantastic, the beach is wide and white and the food and drinks were above our expectations. The only thing to consider is if you need connecting rooms. If so, this is only available with a booking in family selection, which is at a premium...

"Smaller resort, staff is more attentive and remembers everyone. Great selection of food choices on and around resort for eating areas and many drink options at the bar. Always able to find lounge chairs and cabanas on the beach. Shuttle service quick to get around. Access to included surrounding partner resorts for more activity options was a plus."

"Beautiful property, beautiful beach. A tropical paradise."

"The concierge Erick for the villas 58-59 was the absolute best. He handled all our reservations was extremely flexible in changing plans for us if needed. He took initiative and really allowed us to just relax. Also made sure we come back to a nice treat after every excursion. We had a few issues with service as to be expected through our trip. He went out of his way to make sure the issues were fixed and would not happen again and we didn’t even have to tell him. He was just checking on things...

"Really great experience! Lovely location with great pool area and cabanas at the beach. The all-inclusive was really good, instead of boring buffet they offering different types of restaurants. "

"Beautiful little hotel with amazing food. And great service. If you want a romantic getaway this is it."

"This hotel located in the jungle near Tulum made our visit and holiday in Mexico unforgetable. This place is truly the most romantic place, the facilities, the food & drinks are so delicius - and then you wont meet more kind & serviceminded staff. They always “walk the extra mile” for you - a special thanks to Javier & Enesto for extraordinare kindness and support at this beautifull place. "

"Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Quiet, serene, definitely a vibe worth experiencing. The staff is overly friendly and helpful. If I only had to have one complaint is that while not healthy, the TV doesn't really work because of the poor Wi-Fi. Mostly just for feedback purposes but most people don't want a TV on this type of vacation."

"Property is very beautiful, food in Mexican restaurant needs to be updated more for a Mexican menu, Paul’s Beach everything it’s very nice, some of the staff was amazing. Very good customer service. only one Lady where you’re making reservation for restaurants she didn’t was so pleasant. Thank you so much for everything we enjoyed our stay"

"Værelser var ok. Hotellet ligger udenfor byen det giver nogle udfordringer mht. mad. Man kan tage en bus til Akumal og handle ( lidt) Husk kontanter - der var flere dage uden penge i ATM. Der er kun Strandcafeen hvor man kan spise om aftenen og der betales kontant. Lidt dyrt. Lille pool men hoteller har direkte adgang til strand. "

"Exceptional view, beach access, swimming pool, nearby shops, cafes, restaurants. "

"Reservation system for Ala Carte dinners is ridiculous. No food/drink available for the early risers/checking out. Only after 7:00 am. Resort was very crowded considering we stayed in the off season. I guess we picked a bad week to go. We’ll only stay at the A/O from now on. Way too noisy at the Palace."

"Hotellet er fuldstændig perfekt. God beliggenhed, dejlige værelser, stort og lækkert udvalg af mad, fuldstændig fantastisk personale. Kan virkelig anbefales. "

"El lugar muy agradable y limpio, solo hubo problema al hacer el check in, no había nadie, no tenía instrucciones claras y después de que me comuniqué, la persona que nos recibió tardó 20 min en llegar"

"Absolutely stellar experience. We cannot stress enough how kind and attentive the staff was. We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed every second. Impeccable hotel overall experience"
