"A charming Gastropub hotel on the edge of Epping Forest conveniently located near Chingford overground station with direct links to Liverpool St. The hotel is a tudor style timber and white plaster building with stained glass windows amongst many other old world embellishments. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the restaurant a treat with exceedingly helpful and pleasant staff."

"Vores ophold på The Royal Oak var overordnet set udemærket. Personalet var utroligt venlige og imødekommende. Rummet var rent. Morgenmaden var ok. Rummet var meget lille og varmt. Der var et lille vindue, men vi var nødt til at lukke det om natten/morgenen pga støj fra trafikken. Vi havde heldigvis en gulv ventilator som vi kunne tænde så der kom lidt cirkulation i luften. "We asked hotel to confirm we could have a parking space, they confirmed by email but neglected to mention it would cost £15. Check on was great, friendly person and helpful. Room was nice but metal clothes rack by bed didn’t leave much room and I bashed my knee on drawer knob. Venue was not great for sleep, they had very loud music until 01:15 an we did not sleep well as road was also loud from quite early. Breakfast was ok but staff were everywhere still cleaning up, kept walking past with...

"Our 2nd time staying at Brendan’s homely apartment on our trip from Belfast, everything you need is there essentially and the distance from the local shops a relatively short walk and even our Uber to Tottenham Stadium was only £10. 20 Wrampling Terrace is situated in an exceptionally quiet street which makes for a really peaceful nights sleep..
