"Host after booking was almost non communitive. Pool was not heated until 24 hours befire depature. Waahung machine flooded, maintenance would not assist. Owner offered refund of one night and pool fee, filed claim and kept monies, never received the refund. Our last nigh TV was spent trying to mitate damages from occuring to thd rental. Owner pre booking was very communative, during stay and afterwards was almost non existent. There is no garden at the property and heater takes days to work. The...
