"It’s quite disheartening to choose a supposedly high or top tier hotel and then be nickle and dined with fee’s to park your car, and pay for internet. The room was adequate but quite honestly I could have stayed at a hotel with a price point 1 half the cost and not be charged for internet and parking. I won’t be using this hotel again. Nothing about this experience warrants the need to pay extra for normal things. This isn’t a resort but it is charging resort type fee’s."

"Exterior and walking in, the property looked nice. Upon getting to our room, the carpet was significantly stained, as well as the mattress. The only reason I noticed the matress stain was becuase the bed linens were not pulled on all the way. There was a bandaid stuck to the shower wall...gross. "I could NOT receive a refun!d! I had to check out 9 days early. Stay America nor Expedia would accommodate me with a nominal refund. Stay America said I didn't book thru them, Expedia states there is nothing that can be done because Stay America won't approve a refund!. Totally unacceptable with no remorse or resolution. I'm disappointed in both businesses for the lack of due diligence to assist a guest and customer. "

"Great hotel. Nice big room, cleanliness was very good and the housekeeping also seemed to do a good job. Gym was nicely equipped and clean. Breakfast was fine, nothing out of the ordinary. The ability to order an omelette was a great plus. Doors are a little thin of people are in the hall. Beds and pillows were really great!"
